TAKEALOT WORST SERVICE

Takealot has the worst delivery system ever, i ordered items worth R6300 on the 11 oct and yes im still awaiting for the delivery, everytime i call its a different reason why it never got delivered whhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyy must i keep following up and removing items from my delivery and still getting nothing, this is the worst service ever, TAKEALOT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
