Takealot worst online store

The worst and disgusting service, I ordered an item on the 18th of March, and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 20th. It's now the 4th April not yet delivered. Whenever I call I get different agents, with no answer...emails are not rep**** back. It's frustrating. No option for refund 😏😏💔💔
