Takealot worst online shopping experience.

What a flipping load of **** from takealot. Placed an order for a smeg blue mixer on a daily deal. The credit card payment facility was out of order and asked to choose another payment method. I chose COD. Received order confirmation and order number.

Only to find out my order has been cancelled due to no stock! Please bear in mind that the daily was just released after 12am on Black Friday, so I placed the order ASAP @ 2am to be exact.

I then called them and a lady by the name of HLUMA was so nonchalant when I told her that they didn’t even inform me that my order has been cancelled. I then told her that if I knew the blue one was out of stock I would have opted for another color at that price. She just responds by saying there is nothing she can do about it and that they can’t help it if they put up deals that have no stock. And it’s just the “system”.

How can takealot put on daily deals when there isn’t even stock of the item?That is *****! Don’t they do their research before putting up an item? There were so many places that had the same special and I actually went with takealot. What a disappointment

Pathetic service. By far the worst online shopping experience so far. Will not recommend to anyone.
