Takealot- worst ever

Worst customer experience EVER!!!.. not due to poor agents answering the calls (only getting to speak to someone after you get a contact number at a pickup depot)... ask to speak to a "team leader "... but they don't take incoming calls???... request call back... nothing still after 4 days... bought hockey shoes end of November... starter tearing mid Feb... trying to replace or refund as shoes are needed... feedback.... can't return as "used & normal wear & tear" ... after 2 months?... logged another 3rd request for return of togs so long... but instead got a request for pick up?... I know companies like yourself and manufacturers of shoes have insurances for these instances, I don't
