Takealot - Worst EVER

<p>So I went on takealot earlier in the week, ordered items for Christmas which showed stock in CPT and JHB. And it also showed stock available. Today I still havent received my orders and was advised i`ll only get this on Wednesday!!!! Besides the fact that this item showed stock in Cape Town, and I am IN Cape Town, They still told me one of my items are being shipped from JHB....PATHETIC!!!!!!! I wonder how you will feel when you have to tell someone at Christmas ....sorry you cant get anything, wait till Wednesday...</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly , I advised Cape town branch, I will come and COLLECT my items that there in the warehouse...in stock, still not even with the courier after all this time..</p> <p> </p> <p>Thirdly , after giving my concern to to lady JUST spoke to (11:38 am) - And told her I am going to HelloPeter, and asked her name and a reference number, SHE HANG UP ON ME after I had to wait 10 minutes beofre someone anyway picked up</p> <p> </p> <p>This is NOT ON!!!!!! you are THE WORST service company I have EVER dealt with....I have spent a LOT of money with you....you SUC****!!</p> <p> </p> <p>ORDER ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for being AWESOME , I will take this up with higher authorities</p> <p> </p> <p>Louise Crafford</p> <p> ********** </p> <p>Marco Smith</p> <p> ********** </p>
