Takealot Worst customer service with no feedback. Where is management in addressing CPA and service delivery concerns.

I’ve purchased goods from takealot for many years and over the past year the service has really declined iro returns. I purchased an item for a birthday and 2 days later it was still not delivered and no notification and when I enquired, the sale was cancelled. As infuriated as I was as it was a special birthday gift, I left it to these things happen. However recently I purchased 2 taps. On receipt they were totally different goods but advertised as the same thing. I then returned it no problem. Consistency of product is a concern. What they advertise is not always what is provided. Lastly, the experience that has lead to me writing this review. I purchased a shower arm and was a cheap option when I received it, so requested a return. They arrived, took the incorrect box, which was a R4000 chandelier instead of the R400 shower arm, and while I immediately informed them in teh same evening of the error, it’s 3 weeks later numerous emails and telephone calls later and still I have not had my product returned to me. This is unacceptable, and I certainly will not be utilising your platform anymore as your call centre takes weeks to revert and takes no accountability for resolving issue. I’ve tried calling, with no success, at least 30 calls and only once was it answered atrocious customer service.
