Takealot.... Worst customer service ever

Placed order on the 3rd of December, used work address as delivery is normally 3 to 5 days. One of products was out of stock, only to had shipping rescheduled for delivery on 17th....after my work closed down for the year. Tried to change delivery address to residential only to be told that it cant be done. Also requested to keep order at the warehouse on PE in order for me to collect it. Anyway, sat infront of closed office whole day, left at 5 thinking packet will be delivered the following day. Only to get mesaage that driver was there after 5.I phoned and explained situation, was told to be the between 8-10...sat till after 12...still no driver. Cant sit and wait hole day. Phoned for assostance only to get empty promises and false excuses... Still waiting for package or driver to at least phone me.... Order Nr ***0
