Takealot--worst customer service

I have purchased quite a few things from them before with great service and backup... Things have changed. I bought a phone from Takealot last year and after 8 months the touchscreen stopped working. I sent it back to Takealot and now 33 emails and nearly 7 months later I still have not received my phone even though they say they have a 21 day replacement or moneyback service. For a company that should take South Africa by storm---I won't use them again nor recommend them
