Takealot worst customer care and return.

Takealot does not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery. I ordered a product a month ago, the send me only 2 liters if product, I ordered 10. I am still struggling to get the rest of my product. I try to communicate with them on email once I finished explaining to one guy they pass me on to the next and I have to start all over.
