Takealot WORST CLIENT SERVICE

It has been two weeks now. My app still bot working they keep on calling me just to say the technical team will look but I must send screenshot the problem. Done that a million times them they ash the will escalate it only when I tate them on the link that the matter was take care of. What !!!!!!!!!! Takealot. NOT!!!!
