Takealot worse than Wish

Takealot delivers a product that are not at all the the product that I ordered. Insyead of refunding my money, they credit me, forcing me tonise them again. After using to buy something different with the credit, they schedule delivery dates, but never arrives. After the fourth delivery reschedule, they mark me asif i received the product, although I did not. Worse than Wish.
