Takealot Worse Delivery Experience. Stay away

Worst Worst customer service in my life.

to start and briefly explain. My order was lost in transit at the warehouse. then 1 item of my entire order arrives. but I confirmed on the app and shows whole order was delivered.

Leaving ng me with cookies,1 item. rest of my money/order delivery guys also dont know. had to call warehouse. but they escalated so to say.

I dont know what went on here. But they confirmed after another day or 2 my query I had not rececieved a refund or the rest of my items.

agents all that assissted me did nothing. at all copy pasting the same message about how sorry they are and that it will be sorted tomorrow as it was a error on their side.

After this they handed me after few days to different agents, that ask same question what happend like they cant see previous feedback or contact. being with takealot more than 6yrs + the last agent 5th agent first contact to me they also did not follow up instead wanted to confirm my adrress and wanted to know if items were delivered yet.

stil get emails from agents saying its escalated etc.

We going in to week 3 with no progress at all. I am not going to leave this as is as I have all your emails from agents to show, order numbers etc, it is a lot. but enough to take matters further

Even got a call from there warhouse manager or somethin Ziaad said tomorrow I will have feedback he will personally contact me.Also did absolutely nothing besides call me and talk nice. just empty promises for 2 weeks from all these people with no real progress at all to show. or as much as a call. instead they ask if they can call i email yea take time of work and wait. then I getan email they could not reach me. mind you every agent sends this email they missed me on the callback which was never even attempted as my phones is always on and I can see when it rings at work or home. Have my phone on me always too. Exact same email from every new agent asking if they can call but dont.

Anyone that can help me take this further or atleast get my money back as they clearly dont care.

I had bought from amazon in us, and other online retailers. shipped and never ever had a issue even with delivery.

Just worse ever service I had in my life. I would never recommend anyone to order from here, you will run after your money in some cases. and they will be as confused as to what is happening. Like I am supposed to figure this out.

any help would be appreciated. I will surely take this further aswell.
