Takealot wont return my goods paid for.

I ordered 2 cameras on the same day. I collected 2 cameras, and I was not happy as I already have 1 of the cameras and of the 2 that I ordered they are working on different APPS and cannot use them in conjunction with my existing camera (please note that when ordering it was not advertised as using a specific APP that the cameras are using, or I would not have ordered them). I then decided to return them to Takealot which I done. My return was reviewed and declined, and it was stated that the cameras would be returned to me. 1 camera was returned and i am still waiting for the second camera to be returned which has still not happened. Takealot insist that the product was returned, and I do not have the product, or my money for the 1 camera. I either want the camera back that I paid for or I want a refund. The courier brought back only 1 camera not both that I returned to Takealot ! Takealot has since sent me there "Proof of Delivery" saying both cameras were returned at the same time which is a lie. they further more in their POD state that it was received by "LUCY" . I don't know who lucy is! The products were ordered the 9th of November 2023 Collected by me on the 10th of November . Returned to Takealot on the 11th of November.
