Takealot WON’T REFUND ORDERS AS PER THEIR 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

My return was approved on 6 SEPTEMBER and the product returned to their drop off point on FIFTEEN September. I still have no refund. Upon my further enquiry I was told that the return fell outside the 30days for return. The order was delivered on 29 AUGUST. It is CLEARLY within 30 days. Now they are REFUSING to give me a refund AND THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT. *******!!!!
