Takealot won't refund my money

I purchased an item from takealot, a gaming steering wheel. Upon using it I realized it's extremely buggy and has issues on games. I return soon after. Takealot then does not refund me they credit my takealot account. Are you f****** insane!!! I paid with money and I want my money back, this cannot be legal and I'll be taking it further. I will not leave it here.
