TAKEALOT WON'T REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR GOODS NOT DELIVERED

I ordered two drawer organiser from takealot on the 24th of June this year. they delivered only one and took the money fro two organisers. I notified takealot about this and they responded after 7 days and came to fetch the one they gave me which was wrong colour. They then told me they will refund me for one organiser they took and then the one that I complained about it is still not refunded.

I have written to takealot too many Times to request for my money and they have not given it back. Did I mention that the sent the driver to fetch the 2nd organiser that they didn't deliver in the 1st place? yep. Takealot has not refunded me my money to the value of R398.00
