Takealot won’t hold their supplier accountable

Bought mini kitchen oven at Takealot, the plates were not getting hot I took it back asked for a refund and was denied. And was told the plates were repaired, they shipped it back only to find they made it worse and the plate is not turning on at all. I returned it back with baking tray and tray handle and it was shipped back with none of those, with knobs for turning the plates on/off removed and thrown inside the box.
