Takealot won't help or return my tablet

I am so disappointed with takealot, they have never disappointed me over the years until recently. I bought a kids Prestigio 7" tablet for R1499 and received it on the 31st of May 2021. On the 28th of June 2021 the tablet stopped working send I requested a return/exchange through their return platform. They collected it from my house on 2nd July 2021 (Return MRRN-dj4bd-xepj) and I received an email from takealot saying that they cannot process my claim because the tablet is not starting due to "user abuse" (that is a debate for another day - so disappointed) and they will return it to me. I sent them an email not accepting their diagnosis. They never responded to my email ever since but what is really ****ing me off is that they did not only ignored my email, they never returned my tablet or give me feedback on what's going on.

If I track the return status on their app, the return is concluded but I never got help or my tablet back.
