Takealot withholding refund

My brother-in-law ordered a student laptop off of takealot.com for his daughters use for home schooling. The laptop itself is so slow, that by the time it stopped buffering during his daughters online classes, the class was over. He requested for a return, and has been waiting for his refund since. Each time he attempts to follow up with the refund, they try and collect the laptop from him again, even though he returned it weeks ago already.

Please can someone urgently advise when he will be refunded?
