Takealot withholding items I've paid for and not refunding

Purchased a Ps5 console which should of come bundled with a game disc. The disc was not in the bundle. I contacted takealot to send the disc. After initially asking me to send the entire console back, I spoke to an agent to say this doesn't make sense. A game disc was then ordered to be sent to me from a 3rd party supplier (I don't know why as there was stock at takealot warehouse). The order was cancelled by supplier as the 3rd party supplier did not have stock. Takealot has now told me there is no stock of the game even though I checked the site and verified that there are 2 units available. I havnt heard back from takealot for 48 hrs. This entire process has take almost 2 weeks now. No logic by takealot. Bad bad service.
