Takealot with worst service delivery and customer service ever!!!

We placed an order on takealot,it showed everything in stock,and we paid the extra amount for delivery the next day!When we tracked the order,it showed it will be delivered the desired day before 5pm! Nothing was delivered,i complained and wrote numerous emails via the link given! Next morning,they apologised and said it will be delivered today before 5pm,its 6pm now,still nothing! When we track our order it shows delivery delayed! This being the worst service we have ever experienced from takealot,what excuse will they have now....
