Takealot with their hidden prices

I order a product and couple of days later they cancelled it without offering me a different product or similar one. I went in and saw it's still available as per their website and managers to order it the very next day and guess what it's now available at a very much higher price. I asked to be called back where there agents call you for one second put the phone down on your ear and then send a communication that they can't get hold of you. You should be known as **** a lot.
