Takealot will take your money n refuse to give you your order.

I returned a product to takealot, it was evaluated and was suppose to be delivered back to me. This was on the 15th December. I still have not received my product back. I have contacted them on countless occasions and they tell me they waiting for feedback, I have asked for my money back since they can’t give me my product and I still get they waiting for feedback n it is now a 3rd of waiting. I will never purchase from takealot again worse service
