Takealot will take but not give.

I ordered products from Takealot, on delivery there was one item missing. After contacting their support desk they are unable to resolve this issue even after I have sent them pictures of all the packages with barcodes. What followed it amazing, on four occasions the Takealot courier showed up at my house to collect the item that I have not received seemingly to process a refund of an item I did not receive. I have been buying from Takealot from their inception but will not be supporting them moving forward and rather do my purchases elsewhere.
