Takealot will rob you daylight!!!!

Made an order, and used payflex option, before the order was delivered I indicated that they should cancel because the description of the item was not so clear to me so the size was smaller than what I wanted. They said they can’t cancel cause it’s already been picked up and they will only cancel once they have scheduled delivery to me. Sent a request as soon as I saw the message of delivery to ask them to cancel, they said it’s not possible anymore, anyway the delivery date was schedule for Sunday and I was not even around (I mean they said the order would be delivered by Monday the 29th not Sunday to begin with) so eventually the ordered gets cancelled, so they refund payflex only R500 instead of R649 because apparently they charged collection fee. What collection??? Did the order get delivered to me?? In the past when orders are returned, there is no such thing as collection, why should is start with me? Please refund payflex the whole amount and stop driving me mad!
