Takealot will ripp you off with their false ads. I'm a victim

I recently bought a portable car jumpstarter here. I wrote a review on their platform that all the extras are not working. The torch is not working, the charging ports...the only thing it does is jumpstarting. Why are we being fooled and *****ed at the same time? Don't you have shame? When you read our reviews why don't you act promptly? Why are you ripping us off?
