Takealot WILL NOT repair, replace or return my tv.

I returned a Samsung Smart TV I purchased on Takealot on 28/11/2023. I requested that the television be repaired or replaced, as per the warranty

On 08/12/2023 I received a repair quotation which was double what I paid for the television. Despite the tv still being under warranty

I rejected the quote on 19/12/2023 and requested that the tv be returned

I write this review on 10/01/2024 and I am still without the tv I paid for and have no clue as to why

I would strong caution all against making any such purchases on Takealot.
