takealot will not refund my money after successfully canceling my order.

I guess I am not surprised to come here and find so many negative reviews about takealot.

I have bought 2 Macbook replacement chargers and returned them both and was credited for only one of them (which the credited amount was less than what I paid for the charger), and now their just ignoring my repeated emails requesting I be credited and refunded correctly what is due to me.

I am so frustrated with these people. 🤦🏽♂️
