TAKEALOT - WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

I ordered a phone paid for next day delivery.

The morning after takealot canceled my order - "System error they claimed" they reinstated my order just to find out the next day the still can't do my delivery.

I phoned the complaints department multiple times every time I had to explain to a new person the same story.

So when I canceled my order after multiple excuses they told me to wait for 3 to 5 working days for my money to reflect into my account as I went direct to their cell phone supplier, so they are willing to take money but when it comes to payback you have to wait for YOUR money.
