Takealot will ***** money from you!!!

I ordered this: https://www.takealot.com/noise-reducing-3-in-1-wireless-lavalier-microphone/PLID***8 from Takealot and requested a return soon after I received my parcel. I opened the Takealot box to inspect whether the correct item was shipped to me. It came in a little white bubble envelope, ALREADY opened, I assumed the importer checked the contents when they received their stock from abroad.

Takealot rejects my return because the envelope is open? I DID NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE, IT WAS ALREADY OPENED UPON ARRIVAL!!!

R1199.00 is not 2c! I want my refund Takealot!!!
