Takealot will make sure your kids don't get Christmas gift

Worst service ever!!!!! I placed a order on the 11 December and got notification to say my goods will be delivery 20 December, on 20 December I get notifications to say they only delivery 27 December and no longer have stock on my daughter Christmas gift I order , I been calling call centre no stop , no manger or anyone in high position even bother to call back , the staff doesn't even know what happening as one staff tell me how to parent and other tells supplier has stock, then when I ask to arrange stock I was told I'm lying there after that what other staff member said. then I said ok I'll order karaoke machine and manger said she arrange that will be deliver before Christmas,and I made it clear say only 1 in stock online , Takealot didnt bother replying to my emails and didn't bother calling me back, or even try to help in anyway .now karaoke machine also sold out and they just like o well ... Takealot is worst then loadshedding as they taken spirit of Christmas away and now what do I give my daughter on Christmas because takealot miss me around so much.. it disgusting how I been treated and they don't give ****
