Takealot will lie to their clients, suppliers and do as they please

I am a supplier to Takealot. We recently had a return from a client to Takealot out of their 6 month warranty policy. We followed the process 100 percent to resolve the warranty return repair process. After letting Takealot know that the client's unit is ready for return, they took 2 weeks without a response after countless attempts to contact them. They then told the client that the courier had "lost" their item and proceeded to refund them. Utterly disgusting. They will use your account and do as they please, It is *******. I recommend being extremely careful if selling through them, if you do at all. Terrible
