Takealot will bully you into waiting for an order.

Takealot is seriously expecting me to wait a month for an order?..... The thing that is upsetting me is that, there is no customer service. There is an item that is delaying my order and when I try to cancel that item, I am ignored and an AI just gives some nonsense generic answer. Now the worst part is that, the option to cancel the order has disappeared on that order. It's like they are forcing me to wait for however long, this is becoming is bullying situation.
