TakeAlot why won't you give me a refund?

I recently bought 4 BlueNova batteries from TakeAlot. Unfortunately the daily limit on my virtual card was R150 000. The amount was just above that. After a while I realised that if I bought 3 on the virtual card and one on the physical card, it worked.

Now on Tuesday this week, TakeAlot cancelled both orders. They gave me a TakeAlot credit. I asked for the refund to be credited on my card account. This was done on the 3, but the one I am still sitting with a refund on TakeAlot. I indicated in the e-mail that I sent to rate their service that I wasn't happy, and gave the reason why.
