takealot why didn't you put factual information on your site?

I preferred ink cartridge on takealot specifically because it stated that delivery would be within 48 hours. However Street I paid I was informed that delivery would now only take place in 7 days. That is totally unacceptable. takealot why, do b you not put factual information on your site?
