Takealot - who’s your client?!

In the past, if someone grabbed your handbag, if you screamed someone ran after the ***** and grabbed him and got your bag back for you immediately. But when you phone takealot because someone just bought over R 14000 rands worth of goods *******ly using your credit card details in a socially engineered ***** they help the ***** to get away instead. Instead of stopping the transaction they merrily went ahead and delivered the order, knowing full well it was *****. They said they can’t stop the payment. But they could see I’ve had no order with them since last year and knew it was not for me. And since they have to protect “their client” they are the only ones who know, but won’t do a thing about it. Too bad for me.
