Takealot who is going to be held accountable and fix your mess

#*** - Order was placed 20 November!! Delivery was scheduled to my address for 4 Dec... It was delivered alright but 1x colour of wrong headboard 2x table stand was delivered with tabletop. A replacement was logged. It was just a back-and-forth situation. Now they have unfortunately credited the items as there was no more stock available (can you believe!) We is going to take accountability for this. Last week I saw the table i wanted but it was back to its original price, but they said was no stock.... I just below how incredibly unprofessional this is.
