Takealot Whiskas Cat Food

I often buy from Takealot.com. Latest order was 2 x 2 kgs Whiskas Chicken and Turkey nuggets. Received Chicken flavor only and the worst part about this was I received 1 x 2.7kg and 1 x 900g, totaling 3.6kgs. I paid for 4 kgs and received only 3.6kgs. Sad part about this is that I was ********** with no explanation whatsoever. Although I have managed to sort this return out, it is ethically and morally not right to pay for something and be **********. I accept the apology from the lady on the other end but unacceptable to receive such poor service and be taken for a ride.
