takealot, whilst we take our time

<p>today, 18 november 2016, marks the estimated time of delivery for my product, which was ordered on the 3rd of November. That is what the order confirmation email stated anyway, after it took me following up and fining that the payemnt (reference numbers and all) has nnot even yet been picked up.</p> <p>Today, I tracked my order online and it seems we havea suprise new estimated delivery date of he 30 of Nov.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a few questions:</p> <p>1. why should it take follow ups and phone calls for before your system picks up payments recieved along with their reference numbers? (if payment on orders are not recieved why aren't emails, much like the request of payment mails are sent, not sent to your new customers?)</p> <p>2. why do estimated times of delivery change frequently, and if necessary to do so , why is no communication sent to your customers who schedule their days around being available to recieve parcels on dates arranged?</p> <p> </p> <p>How is all of this not a hassle and an inconvinience? even smaller internet shops have better ways of operating???</p> <p> </p> <p>ordered on the 3rd, delivery scheduled for the 30th? takealot whilst we take our time? never again!</p>
