Takealot, what's happening?

I have ordered from Takealot since back when they were still Kalahari. I have always been impressed with their service, delivery time, the works. I have never had any drama, and I have ordered big items, like a queen size mattress set and a 75" TV. I have always praised them, and told all who would listen how I amazing they are. In the last two months, I have experience more issues than ever before. It is as if someone is trying to make them fail. I have received wrong products, just a piece of cardboard with no item attached, incorrect returns, lies about my product not being available anymore, (while it is available for purchase on the app). I don't know what is happening, but they will have to sort this out, you are almost too scared to order knowing it will be a disappointment. The timing seems suspicious.
