Takealot what the hell is going on???

Messed up my last order by sending me an expanding garden hose instead of a roll of furniture wrap (I am moving tomorrow) and they also messed up my two previous orders as well by sending items to a courier facility that cannot deliver my item because they don't have the vehicle size to deliver them... If only totes could fit into each other and use 15% of the space.. yes the Totes were wrapped individually and delivered individually instead of being stacked. I have been a loyal customer of Takealot since the beginning but I will try and source locally and support local business from now on.. enough is enough.
