Takealot What have you done? I love takealot but not so much anymore. I buy a lot from Takealot. The collection was an absolute pleasure and now it ruins your day. Takealot your new system is worse than terrible. Scanning every item at a person sitting behind a computer takes forever and then only registers some items, that you only find out once you try to collect and then back to the end of the queue. I used your new system from day one and now you have long queues, customers complaining furiously, more than one item and it is a huge mess, the new app is terrible and delivery is not 5-7 days, now easily 2 weeks or longer. Takealot has gone from a 5-star rating for many years to 1 star. I have not experienced such a decline in service from a company due to ineffective change. Whoever convinced you that this is better needs to get a lesson in UX Design.
