Takealot what has happened to you???

Lets just say Takealot is worse than Temu.. Actually Temu is more reliable.

Placed an order for a Thunderbolt 2 to VGA adapter (Mac) 14th October, Paid for next day deliver, and they send me a lighting cable to usb? wrong product, so i click replace product and emailed them and still nothing, no acknowledgement to email or anything.

It still being assessed by their specialist team.. what is that ? this is BS.

I want answers today still and the correct product.
