Takealot what a joke .

Placed an order for an item that was "out of stock " and to be "ordered from supplier" . Well anyway expected delivery was Tuesday 17th October . Called in on the day and was told that the item was still in the status of "ordered from supplier" I had queried such with the customer care line and the best option she could come up with that I wait and when asked how long she could not answer or give a definitive answer as to how she can resolve & or give me an update as per my order . Terrible service at its best !!!
