This is an ongoing issue. Please refund the money back into my account!!!<br> <br> I am not willing to rate the support of any of the four or more representatives individually who handled my order ( Order no 421135 ) , queries, requests and complaints.<br> In my opinion it is unfair and unacceptable as all your various departments are involved in my disappointed and bad experience with [URL Removed]<br> <br> Here are some of my reasons:<br> The products I ordered from your Pamper Hamper series are of a poor quality at expensive prices.<br> <br> The wrong products were sent to me.<br> <br> The wrong quantity of products were sent to me.<br> <br> Poor packing of the products.<br> <br> The wrong quantity of products were sent through to your finance department to be refunded.<br> <br> My e-mails were not read thoroughly. Thus resulted in me having to lodge my query and/or request more than once.<br> <br> After more than a month I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.<br> <br> Please Note:<br> I am still waiting for the following refunds to be made to my credit card:<br> 1 Pamper Hamper Stone Sign - Love @ R89<br> 3 Pamper Hamper Stone Bird Feeders @ R69 each = R207<br> 3 Pamper Hamper Stone Bird Feeders @ R89
