Takealot, what a dissapointment

I cannot even begin to explain how deeplt dissatisfied I am with the service I have received from Takealot. In July I ordered a musical LED ceiling light. When it arrived, the box was damaged and the light cover was broken. I immediately requested a replacement item. Since then I have been struggling. It is now nearly 4 months. I have phoned then about 15 times and wrote about 20 emails. I order items from Takealot frequently, the service use to be outstanding, untill you receive a broken article. It is nearly impossible to get a return or a refund. Think twice before your next purchase from Takealot, you might end up loosing your money.
