Takealot, what a disappointment!

My university delivers our study material through Takealot. I have been waiting for my study material from January up to today I have not received anything. I have called and sent emails on numerous occasions but have not received any help. I have bought second hand books from a fellow student meanwhile I have paid for my study material at Takealot. What must one do to at least receive a refund because it seems my complaint is falling on deaf ears?
