Takealot what a disappointment!!!!

I bought a printer at Takealot and previously add my review on Hello Peter and nothing came of it and yes still my issue is not resolved with the printer it is as if Takealot send back the printer they said it could do the mobile printing and still I end up just and at a dead end and Takealot don't give a damn.... they so called customer service is just a game to them no need and urgency to keep customers happy and they forget in this time and day it's our customers that they treat like dirt that actually are still the reason they earn a salary and have a job..I am so disappointed in Takealot this is the least I can say...

Another order I ordered my son a cross boy when I track my parcel I see the cross bow is cancelled for what every reason and my son is so looking forward to this parcel and now again Takealot I must give him this news that his cross bow will not be in the parcel that will be delivered tomorrow before 17h00..You go Takealot disappointed on disappointed..
