Takealot we have NO client service

I have been struggling for 2 days to purchase from takealot.com in the past i have had no issues but this time around i see takealot HAS NO SERVICE what so ever. Cant purchase anything with ebucks the bank and ebucks confirm and tested my account and its active. They recon the problem lays with takealot they on the other thought it will be great to cancel my order twice now and for fun and games reset my password. After numerous phone calls to the call center and empty promises of managers calling back i finally got to speak to someone and i was promised a direct email to this person will be send and she will sort it out for me but hey presto after 2 hours no email and i cant buy anything on takealot. how on earth can u run a business like this. All i want is two heaters for my kids before the winter starts.
