Takealot - we can keep returning till you get it right
I think that either ppl at Takealot have no idea how to read or just ***********. Three times they deliver the same, "wrong" item. This is that even the CEO, Mamongae Mahlare, seems not to care about the level, or lack or level, of service. We can keep on returning this till you get it right. I shall now send your ceo another email and also go to social media to highlight your, not even poor service, no service. You cannot even get something as simple as delivering the right product right.

Once again, the same, wrong, product is delivered. That makes it 4 in a row.
I think the CEO, Mamongae Mahlare, is probably not able to run the business because there seems to be a lot of ppl complaining about Takealot.
